Astonishingly brilliant location overlooking Dartmouth and Kingswear. Shops, pubs and restaurants only a few minutes away, yet peaceful location with views both of the sea and up the estuary. Ideal for the walker, with the South West Coast Path running outside the front door towards Blackpool Sands, Torcross and (via the lower ferry) Brixham. Easy access to ferries, buses and (steam) trains for those travelling without a car. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The flat is in a really good location - close to town. Also it has great views - you can watch the Kingswear ferry come and go, plus see the stream train and of course the river.

Brilliant. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Could do with a little bit of TLC and maintenance. Also a thorough clean. Otherwise perfect.

Sad to leave today, after a fabulous weeks stay, back in Dartmouth after many years away. The house is in a super location for getting all around on foot, using Warfleet to park the car. Quite steep inside and a little wonky, we found this quirky but be aware if you have mobility issues. I was glad we didn’t bring the dog as no outside area, would have been tricky. We would most definitely recommend to friends and would love to return. Thank you Lawrence.
